The Lyman Zoning Board of Appeals will be holding a public hearing on Thursday February 11, 2021 at 6:00 PM at the Lyman Town Hall, 11 South Waterboro Road, Lyman ME 04002
This public hearing is on the appeal from Jeffrey Demers regarding a Planning Board decision for David Alves proposal to have a medical marijuana grow facility at Revere Way on Map 10 lot 5C.
The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a meeting on February 11, 2021 at 6 PM. This meeting will take place using Zoom. There will be room for the Board, applicant, appellant, Planning Board, and attorneys to be present. All other attendees and members of the public are asked to attend virtually. Virtual meetings are allowed using emergency legislation approved by LD 2167; 1 M.R.S.A. §403-A, that authorizes cities and towns to conduct meetings online.
