NOTICE OF SCHEDULED PUBLIC HEARING BY THE PLANNING BOARD
The LYMAN PLANNING BOARD will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. at Lyman Town Hall, 11 South Waterboro Road. This hearing is to present information and to allow for public comment regarding draft proposed changes to the Town of Lyman Zoning Ordinance Article 10 to add Commercial building design standards. Proposed additions to Section 15.c and section 17 of the Shoreland Zoning Ordinance to add a definition of docks and to add language explaining the rights to put a dock on a right of way; These proposed changes can be viewed on the Town webpage or at the town hall during normal business hours.
If the number of people attending exceeds the indoor gathering limit, the meeting will be moved to the Goodwins Mills Fire Station at 481 Goodwins Mills Rd.
