NOTICE OF SCHEDULED PUBLIC HEARING BY THE PLANNING BOARD
The LYMAN PLANNING BOARD will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at 6:45 p.m. at Lyman Town Hall, 11 South Waterboro Road. This hearing is to present information and to allow for public comment regarding the application of Brian and Mary E. Ingalls for revision of a subdivision at 574 Old Kennebunk Rd on Tax Map 3 Lot 087-2, and application of Soggy Dollar LLC for building a new convenience store at 4 Goodwins Mills Rd on Tax Map 7 Lots 73,74,75. The documents for these applications can be viewed at the town hall during normal business hours.
