Candidate Nite

CANDIDATE NITE
We are excited to provide an opportunity for Lyman residents to get to know our candidates for this year’s Municipal Election. On Wednesday May 29th, 2024 at 7:00pm we will hold a Candidate Night located at the Lyman Town Hall where our candidates will be asked a series of questions engaging on local matters of our Town.
Prior to this event, we’d like to give the residents of the Town an opportunity to submit questions inquiring where our candidates stand on certain issues affecting our community. All questions submitted will be screened by our moderator for propriety. Questions should not be directed to certain candidates as this event will not be a debate but an opportunity to hear opinions, ideas, thoughts, or goals.
If you would like to submit your questions, please email townmanager@lyman-me.gov . Or you can submit your inquiry by mail or drop off at the Town Hall. Deadline to submit questions is Monday May 6th, 4pm.
In an effort to keep time and civility, the moderator will screen all questions and compile a list of appropriate inquires for the event.
This event will be open to the public and you are welcome to attend. Come meet our candidates!
