Summer Yoga for EveryBODY

When: Every Friday 6-7pm Starting June 3rd thru end of August

Where: Join Us on the Community Library Lawn – 10 John Street, Lyman

Cost: First Friday of the month is free to all

Following Fridays will be donation based with a suggested donation of $10-15

Please pay what is affordable for you -the goal is to have yoga accessible to everyone

What to Wear: Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

What to Bring: Yoga fitness mat and yoga blocks if you have them. If you need to borrow a mat or blocks, please email the instructor ahead of time.

Class Description: This flow class focuses on the fundamental yoga poses that make up a well-rounded yoga practice. Emphasis is placed on safe and effective alignment during poses and during the transitions between poses. Individuals new to yoga and those who have been practicing for years will enjoy deepening their understanding of these core poses and the effects they can have on the body, breath, emotions, thoughts, and sense of becoming more centered. Honoring individual’s energetic levels at the end of the day, this class allows you to arrive and enjoy quiet stillness, move the body and burn off excess energy, and wind down to a deeper state of relaxation as you prepare for your evening.

Instructor Chloe Miles – Chloe has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. She is certified as a RYT200 and currently pursuing her RYT 500. Chloe provides a safe space for those of all skill levels to practice through her detailed cues and thoughtful adjustments.
