I invite you to join me Sunday mornings for a combination of Gentle/Moderate yoga stretching/poses and core building Pilates
This is a Gentle level practice though deeper modifications will be modeled
Classes will be Sunday Mornings
9/10, 9/17, 10/1, 10/8 and 10/15
