I invite you to join me Wednesday Nights for a combination of Gentle/Moderate yoga stretching/poses and core building Pilates
This is a Gentle level practice though deeper modifications will be modeled
Classes start 9/12 through 10/20
Wednesday nights – 6:00pm to 7:15pm
Cost: $60 (6 classes)
Sunday Mornings 7:30 – 8:45am
Drop in rate – $10 – preregistration required and class held if enough participants
Mats and Props provided
