Lyman Opens Saturday for Absentee Ballots

The Lyman Town Clerk and Registrar of Voters will be open additional hours on Saturday, October 17th and Saturday, October 24th from 9 AM to 2 PM to issue and receive absentee ballots and register voters for the November 3rd State General Election and Municipal Special Referendum Election at the Town Hall, 11 South Waterboro Road.

Under COVID-19 restrictions only a small number of people are allowed in the Town Hall at one time. Please maintain 6 ft. social distancing while waiting in line. Please wear a mask. If you don’t have one we will supply you with one.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions there may be a long line of voters outside the Lyman Elementary School on Election Day.  For your protection and convenience, you may wish to consider voting an absentee ballot. Again, please wear a mask. If you don’t have one we will supply you with one.

Absentee ballot applications are available at the Town Hall or online at the following State website:

Absentee ballots can also be mailed out at the request of the voter by calling the Town Clerk’s Office at 247-0643.

The polls in Lyman will be open on Election Day, Tuesday, November 3rd from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

All Lyman Voters will vote at the Lyman Elementary School, 39 School House Road.
