Obsolete Pesticides Collection:
This October, the Maine Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry’s (DACF) Board of Pesticides Control (BPC) will team up with the Maine Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to help Mainers dispose of banned pesticides or unusable pesticides.

If your concern does not fall within my jurisdiction there are many resources available that can be made available to you.

Examples of what a Health officer can help you with are as follows (but limited to this list):

  • Improper storage of trash
  • Dog bites (rabies tracking)
  • Any unhealthy living conditions concerns
  • Junk stored illegally
  • Dead animals or birds to report or be removed
